Description
The tetraDOCK is designed to simplify and hasten the software upgrades required by the latest generation of digital terminals. This open fronted cabinet allows up to 7 handsets to be simultaneously programmed. It can also be used to apply configuration changes to terminals.
Programming can be performed locally by the technician connecting a notebook via the ethernet interface. The carry handle makes the tetraDOCK easily manoeuvrable from one location to another. The unit can also remotely used over the WAN saving on travelling time and associated costs. Users can then simply call their Airwave support office requesting the service required.
The tetraDOCK can be left temporarily and then moved on after all users on site have been upgraded. Alternatively it can become a fixed feature within a parade room allowing terminals to be programmed on an as need basis. The tetraDOCK is a flexible unit enabling your organisation to quickly implement terminal updates. |
